- Description:
- A boulder so large that it is cliff-like dominates the left and center of the image. A few trees grow on its sides, and trees and vegetation grow around its base. There are also two very tall trees, one to the left in front of the boulder and one to the right, and a smaller tree that leans out of the image to the right. Beyond the trees in the right of the image, more trees are slightly visible in the background.
- Provenance:
- Glass plate negatives were delivered to the Museum in their orginal wooden crates. The crates were stamped "T.E.M. White North Conway NH."
